It reads PDF tech packs and automatically extracts structured data — including style information and a full Bill of Materials (BOM) — saving hours of manual data entry and reducing errors before information enters your ERP or production system.
What It Does
AI-Powered Data Extraction
Upload any PDF tech pack and TP MONSTER uses advanced AI to read and interpret the document — identifying style details, colorways, size ranges, and all BOM items including fabrics, threads, trims, zippers, buttons, labels, and packaging.
Structured BOM Output
Extracted BOM data is organized into a clean, editable table with fields for material title, vendor, vendor reference, color/finish, material size, quantities, units of measure, and more — ready for review before export.
Guided Verification Checks
Before saving, the app walks you through a series of checks — colors, sizes, variant matrices, and per-material-type counts — so you can catch discrepancies between the PDF and the extracted data.
ERP-Ready Exports
Once verified, export your data as:
- HTML Tech Pack — a clean, shareable version of the tech pack
- CSV (standard) — a flat BOM table for import into most ERP systems
- CSV (color × size matrix) — a structured grid format for production planning
How It Works
